Derila Zone Guide
Derila's 5 zones - back wings, front wings, shoulder-arch release, central core, arm-support area - combine differently by sleep position.
Side and back sleepers benefit most from the zone design; stomach sleepers can't take full advantage of it.
Zone by zone, decoded

How the zones combine for each sleep position
Side sleepers benefit most from the wing zones and shoulder-arch release, which together fill the shoulder-to-ear gap and reduce shoulder tension.
Back sleepers rely primarily on the central core to support the neck's natural curve and keep the chin from tilting too far in either direction.
Stomach sleepers generally can't take advantage of most of these zones as designed, since the position doesn't create the same shoulder gap or neck curve the zones are built to fill — see our dedicated article on this mismatch.
